EuroTex Operations during COVID-19

March 24th, 2020

To Our Valued Customers

With the recent announcement, we want to reassure you that Eurotex is still open for business as we provide essential services and components to uniforms to a wide range of frontline workers and also manufacturers of hospital supplies.

In all our years in business, I think it’s safe to say that what we are experiencing today is unprecedented. First and foremost, the crisis is about our health and our efforts to work together to ensure that everyone remains well, both physically and mentally. We are continuing to implement our precautions throughout our operations for our customers and our staff's well-being.

We are still available to be contacted via email or phone as always if you need to contact our office.

However, at this time we can not have customers visit our offices.

We wish that your company and staff stay healthy and safe during this challenging time.

Eurotex Group of Companies

March 16th, 2020

First and foremost, our thoughts go out to all who have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.

The EuroTex team is focused on the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and fulfillment partners. We strongly support the efforts of local health officials and government leaders working to contain the spread of the virus, and have implemented these precautions throughout our operations:

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing procedures at all offices and manufacturing facilities.
  • We have prepared our teams to respond quickly to developments that could impact our operations, leveraging the considerable insights we have received from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, our insurance companies, and local governments.
  • We are closely monitoring the ongoing public response to this situation in each of our communities, assessing how any local guidelines may affect our employees and customers, to minimize any disruptions to customer work.
  • We have updated contingency plans and added redundancy to key production activities across our nationwide network of facilities, to make sure we can meet all commitments to our customers.

At this time, all EuroTex facilities can maintain all current operations, without restrictions or changes to production or delivery commitments.

However, given the rapidly evolving public response to this situation, some impacts to our service may become unavoidable, as new advice and procedures are implemented by the area. We will provide frequent updates on the status of our operations via email and our website, alerting you to any potential delays or required changes to timeframes or commitments for specific products, facilities, or service areas.

Amid the disruption and uncertainty of this difficult time, we truly value your business, and we appreciate the trust in us that every order represents. We are committed to continue providing the reliable support that you and your customers expect, through this time and always, and to help keep your businesses moving forward.
